Top:
Sigma chi (best brotherhood, most liked by girls, big parties/events since they're off probation)
SAE (typical alpha males/douches,prolly gonna get kicked off soon, not much presence on campus)
sig ep (chillers, typical San Diego guys)
Zbt (on social prob, older guys are cool younger ones are goobs, bid athletes just to get jersey chasers over, not much brotherhood)
Middle: Beta, sig nu, lamda chi, dsp
Bottom: theta xi, theta chi, pike, whatever other houses there are on campus

sig nu has too many goobs/try hards to break into the top tier. they go harder thank beta and lambda combined but they arent on par with the top 4. Wouldn't be surprised if they make it in there if SAE gets kicked off though, they need to work on rushing better young guys.
Otherwise this is level headed and pretty accurate.

Sorry but here's the true layout for the top frats and this is coming from a girl in a top sorority
ZBT and SAE are the top (unless SAE is actually kicked off then it's just ZBT)
ZBT: athlete house, very fratty but in a good way. has most of the football players, most guys r tall and buff, hot and good looking, fun, just got off of probation and throw the biggest parties now that they're off. And they're parties go reallyyyy reallyyyy late, girls love these guys
SAE: buff Guys as well, also hot, younger guys suck but older guys r great. Always in trouble, probably kicked off but girls still love them
Sig ep is after them: personally I don't think the guys r very hot but they're really cool and nice they're all stoners/ chillers tho
Sig chi are like the best friends of the girls. Nice guys all pretty short tho. girls come there at the beggining to pregame the night and then leave and usually go to ZBT or SAE. Parties end very early

all four of those make up the top tier. all good. all offer something dif
sig chi- dance parties, parties end early
sig ep- chill guys, lots of weed
SAE- all pretty much older guys in the house, alpha type, good looking, kinda douchey
ZBT- alpha type as well, good looking, pretty similar to SAE
thats all everyone needs to know. all offer something different, but id say this is really accurate

DSig is definitely not middle tier. And Theta Xi's thrown enough sick parties this year to at least be middle tier as well. Maybe Pike too, maybe. Not top, no, but they've made the effort. Plus if "APhis, Kappas, Thetas, and DGs" coming to your house is what makes you top, then they're both in that too as far as I can remember.

ha! was thinking the same thing. I'll agree ZBT is a top tier house, but they're not as sick as "the truth" is making them sound. They definitely have some chill athletes and older guys, but the amount of goobers in that house brings em down quite a bit. Fact is all of the "top" houses have a lot of cool guys, but everyone single one has their fair share of weenies who flew under the radar during the rush process and got a lucky bid. Greek life is mostly run by the younger kids (freshean and sophomores), which definitely has been apparent in SAE and ZBT's downfall. They're seeing a huge decline and are going to need to pull in a really good PC in fall or they're done (that's if they're not kicked off by then).
