2. The house is not going to pi kapp it doesn’t go to who’s better.
It goes to who has previous ownership of that area and since none of these do it will go to an unhoused house for fairness reasons. There was an ifc hearing about this.
One of the unhoused chapters will get an opportunity to take the house if they can meet quota

Lol regardless of pikapp's standing, they got the house for sure, so good for them. Pikapp has signed deals to secure the house when it is constructed for the 2019 school year.

i asked anyone in ifc and its pikapp. makes most sense. they got more members meaning quota will be met.
