Well if you look at the leasing it’ll be an apartment next year meaning pi Kapp won’t move in until 2019. So they’ll be unhoused for 1 year.

Pretty sure you're right, looks like the apartment leases don't start til january 2019 since that will probably be when the construction is finished. I guess pikapp will move in fall 2019 then.
