Pi Kapp will be leasing the house on a year to year basis starting fall 2019 but the house is owned by zeta psi which is going to begin recolonizing to eventually take it back.

Nah zeta psi does not own it. It's owned by a 3rd party individual and he'll be leasing it and pretty sure pikapp signed a multi year lease to start with.
