pre-spring rush frat rankings (2018)

Since most frats aren't doing Spring Rush, thought it'd be nice to let the PNM's have an idea of the houses that are.
This is factoring in Winter pledge classes and future potential.

1. Theta Xi
2. Sig Pi
3. Pi Kapp
4. DTD
5. Aepi
6. Theta Chi/Kappa Sig/Anyone else
