rushing in spring
by: YoThinking of rushing all the top houses come spring, I’ve heard from several sorority girls that I should include phi psi as they’re now top. How was their new winter class ? Thoughts ?

It depends, the younger girls freshman and sophomore all love phi psi, but the older girls consider them mid/ upper mid. In either case they’re pretty down to earth so you should not listen to anyone’s opinion and check out as many houses as possible and see which you vibe with most! Good luck

Phi psi gets all the hate because they went from zero and barely 20 guys to easily upper mid if not top house and 100+ guys in probably two years. Space at the top gets tight and guys feel insecure so it’s normal to hate on phi psi.

NOBODY considers phi psi a top house. I'm a sophomore in a top 4 house (sorority) and phi psi is considered a lower house. Sorry guys. You're nice enough & if you're looking for a very diverse house then it might be right for you. They don't have events with any top and I don't think even upper mid sororities as far as I know.

They have events with GPhi, pi Phi, chi o, theta and aphi his quarter. You were saying?

When they have “events” with these good houses it’s because they are paying for the event in full themselves so the girls don’t say no. That’s why they have the highest dues on the row, save sae.
It’s common practice that the sorority and fraternity pay half of the costs of events but phi psi to give the illusion that they have events basically make their members pay up to BUY events with good houses.
Furthermore as a girl in one of the mentioned houses when we see an event with phi psi we are told they paid for it and when it’s time to go to the busses to the event very few of our girls even go to it. There’s low interest and low turn out as opposed to when we have an event with a top or upper Mid frat
So don’t be fooled

Claims that they pay for full events is done by guys in other houses triggered by Phi Psi's growth lmao go back to your safe space kids. They pulled in the best and largest pledge class in winter and are a solid mid tier house for a while now with the best physical house and parties. Check them out, check out other houses cuz that's what you're supposed to do during rush. You'd might not even get a bid at the house you want so keep your options open
