2018 sorority/frat rankings with explanation

ok there's a lot of dumb posts on here that are not accurate so here are the true rankings from someone who ACTUALLY goes here...
sororitys:
--Top--:
A Phi/Kappa: a phi is known for having pretty, fun blondes who party. that being said kappa has been top at UCLA for a long time and they still have really pretty girls. are more known for being top than A Phi and a little more aloof. it's hard to put one above the other.
Theta/DG: DG definitely moved up this year, but theta has been in the top tier for a long time too and definitely a solid house. Theta is known for more sporty, athletic girls
--Upper middle--:
This tier is hard to rank and you'll see it differently on every post tbh because it all depends on preference. the different houses are known for different things.
Chi O:/G phi/Pi phi: Chi O is known for being more chill, laid back, and bro-y, really cool girls generally and nice to hang out with, g phi is known for being into GPA stuff but there are still some decently fun girls in there, but mostly girls next door and sweetsy girls, and pi phi is known for being into partying and definitely go the hardest on the row. there are pretty and cool girls in all of them, and they're all solid houses to get a bid from.
Middle:
KD: these girls are all very nice, i've never met anyone rude or mean from KD which is more than i can say for some of the other houses. really genuine girls in this house.
ADPi: again, really cool and nice girls. they definitely bid girls who are unique and they each bring something special to the house. they seem to have a really great sisterhood
--Bottom--:
A Chi O: some really genuine girls again, they really care about sisterhood and being there for one another. they also have a really cool house if that matters
AGD: the newest house on the row. these girls seem to all fit really well together, they have a great time, and they're all really cool and sweet.

Frats:
--Top--
Sig Chi: seriously really hot guys in this house, but the parties seem to basically be limited to only A Phi's and the house is a bit removed from the row.
SAE: this house has a bit of a bad reputation. didn't see them throwing too often last quarter and you don't meet a lot of these guys around campus but hot either way.
Sig Ep: lots of really pretty girls at their parties, their house is a bit of a trek and it's a mixed bag with some guys but overall a good house to be a part of
Lambda: this is a recent edition to the top house list. everyone i've talked to has loved lambda, have really hot, genuine, smart guys. a house to look out for.
ZBT: most ZBT guys are super hot. great house
--Upper mid--
Beta: solid parties, right out front of frat row which helps a lot
Sig Nu: a solid house, some really cute guys in this house, typically mixes with the upper mid sororitys
Phi Psi: their new house as well as their new PC really helped them out this year and moved them from the middle to the upper mid.
--Lower mid--
Theta xi: this house throws really fun parties. none of the guys are creepy and always play really good music. some really cool guys in this house
Pi kapp: have been throwing some good parties last quarter. seemed to get a good sized winter rush class so we'll see
Theta chi: didn't really throw last quarter. don't know much about this house.
DTD: haven't ever seen them throw, haven't really met guys in this house either. pretty average house i guess
