Lambda is #5 after zbt.
Theta chi can be after sigma pi.

ΛΧΑ I can honestly say was the goal of at least 90% of rushees that I come across, unfortunately they will take less than 10%. That is why ΛΧΑ has become the overwhelming #1 fraternity.

Hahahahha as a girl in a top house at Ucla I can guarantee you that my friends and I haven’t stepped foot in lambda more than twice. Every guy I’ve met in the house is awkward and nervous. I didn’t even go to our pledge exchange last year. I know a couple aphis who go there sometimes but that’s it. Houses don’t just “move up” six places Past a ton of houses that have been top for years. Here is a realistic rating lol
