fraternity rankings (2017)

My opinion factoring in pledge classes.
Top: Sig Chi, Sig Ep, Lambda.
Top Middle: ZBT, SAE (both houses used to be top, but now trending down)
Middle: Beta, Phi Psi, Sig Nu.
Everyone Else.

As a freshman I can say that Lambda Chi is on top of everyone’s list and girls also think Lambda Chi is the #1 frat.. at least all the hot ones do.

I think it is pretty well accepted that Lambda Chi is not only top tier but now the top house at UCLA. Back to back #1 PC pushed them to the top.

Lambda Chi is about the only fraternity that has been rising while Sigma Chi is stagnant and ZBT, SAE, SIG EP ARE all in a free fall. Sigma Chi and Lambda Chi are the ONLY fraternities now considered top tier. ZBT, SAE, SIG EP are now all considered Middle tier fraternities.

Lambda should be above Sig Ep.

Upper middle ZBT,SAE
MIDDLE BETA, Phi Psi, Sigma Nu
