someone finally needs to speak the truth

We all go to UCLA (or most of us) so we should be able to figure this out. Every single ranking on GR is posted by the houses themselves. THERE IS NO OUTSIDE SOURCE FOR GREEK RANKINGS. Nobody has a vested interest in YOUR house like you. So, with that as a given we can conclude that any house or houses ranked as "Top Tier" should really be renamed the "Houses that spend the most time on Greek Rank self promoting tier". This should be a no-brainer to the brainiacs at UCLA. This year's PC proves my point. They are lunatics who have been nursed on the GR teat. So they think by continuously posting, up voting said post and bumping their posts, they'll continue to be "Top Tier" and I guess you will be to some degree, that is, in your own mind, lol. When you think about it, it's truly embarrassing for you, almost sad really.
