how does the process work?

How much of the sorority rush process at UCLA based on looks/social media/etc? I know it can be crazy at other schools. Do sororities base a lot of it on your conversations with the girls? Do they do outside research? I'm just afraid that I'll vibe with ones that don't really like me and then I won't get to be one at all.
