Did this outdated ranking come from 2013? EVERYONE knows that Lambda Chi Alpha has become the consensus #1 fraternity since last years PC put them on top and this years #1 PC solidified them as the #1 fraternity at UCLA

That's not fair to put the new colony at the bottom. They get atlwast a few years to establish themselves before you rank them. Bogus
