southern girl
by: ucla prospectI know there is always competition and debate about the best sororities, But, PLEASE help me out here!!! I come from the south. My mother and grandmother were both AD Pis where they were top tier houses. I am applying to UCLA and want to join the Greek system, but I don't want to feel obligated to join their house as a legacy, if its not the right fit for me. Can anyone give some realistic clarification of the rankings, or am I just screwed!;) I know Greek Rank isn't supposed to be reliable, but when you're trying to decide on a school across the country, its helpful to know where you might rank as a legacy.

C'mon Theta! Really? Are you that obvious???
This year Alpha Phi and DG seem to be the most liked and best looking sororities, but the top four change around every year, depending on your opinion.
ADPi is a great house with probably the best sisterhood on the row, but honestly, they aren't considered a "top house" Take that for what its worth. I've rarely met an AD Pi who doesn't like her house, but the "top tier" houses" have a reputation for being catty and exclusive. Lots of their own members don't even like their own houses.
