Most girls want one of the top 4. Kappa used to be top but PNMs really loved A Phi and DG. They also thought Theta was awesome. Basically all the great PNMs went A Phi, DG, or Theta. Kappa isn't bad but definitely wasn't as desirable as the other 3.

General concensus is that they always have been slightly above those other two. But honestly Pi phi chi o and g phi. Are all solid houses but not in contention to be top. Ranking these doesn’t matter it comes down to your preference or who you ask. They’re basically the same and like the post said above girls will take these houses if they have to and your best hope is to try to have events with top houses which these 3 all do on occasion.
Tldr: ranking these 3 is subjective, all are good back up houses if you didn’t get one of the core four.
Anything below these is just for the sisterhood forget about the social aspect.

Every time after recruitment some salty girls try to bash other houses. This won’t make a difference to your ranking so STOP IT!
Dg stop slamming kappa the rankings stand you’re 4th. One pledge class doesn’t change much.
G phi quit slamming pi phi and chi o You’re all top of the middle tier will not be in the top 4 anytime soon so chill. That ranking is Pi Phi/chi o/ then gphi so chill.

Stop pitting girls against each other. Not everyone can be in a top house the numbers don’t allow it theres a quota
Girls pick houses on preference based on where they felt most comfortable and compatible with the sisters
Ranking doesn’t matter Find your genuine sisterhood and be happy
If you want to party at sae you don’t need to be in kappa they literally let any girl into their parties so chill the f out.
Why aren’t the frats arguing over rankings ?
