if you want to be in a house that does events with relevant sororities (which shouldnt be the only/main thing you look for in a house), then look at Beta Lambda SAE Sig Chi Sig Nu Sig ep ZBT.
In my PERSONAL OPINION WHICH ANYONE CAN BASH AS THEY WANT, of those 7 houses, the ones that are the rise the fastest are Lambda and Sig ep.

Just be forewarned Lambda Chi is almost impossible to get a bid, they have been at the top of every rushees wish list the past 2 years, have a backup plan because they only bid the best looking, smartest guys with outgoing personalities.. you really need to on top of you game, have a backup of lower tier frats like ZBT,SX,SIG EP,SIG EP etc

Just looking at the rushees it is obvious that Lambda Chi is attracting guys that are on a hole another level than their closest competitors, looks like they are on their ways to solidify their #1 ranking and create an even bigger gap with their closet cometitor.

When you are Lambda Chi and consensus #1 that statement is probably true you can’t go higher than #1 can only go lower. Their competition if you can call it that is so pathetic LXA does not ever have to worry about dropping.
