Just curious why so many people are on here bashing SigEp on here and are they actually a dry house?

If you need a national nanny to tell you not to do blackface parties, then you indeed need supervision.

If you want a real fraternity experience, comparable to big, state schools, rush SigEp!!! The guys are laid back, easy to get along with, great in school, and overall quality human beings. They have an on campus house, relations with almost all sororities, and are one of the few fraternities who are financially stable.

A big perk is that SigEp is top house at almost all other schools, so it's easy to go to other schools like UCSB, ASU, Northridge, Riverside, Channel Islands, Alcatraz etc etc etc and party with other Balanced Men.
