17-18 sorority groups

Honestly it doesn't matter ranking them in terms of number
You have to rank in groups. sororitys in the same group are on a similar level (personal preferences being what individuals would decide is better within the group)

A Group (in no particular order)
Kappa. theta. DG. APhi.

B Group (in no particular order)
Pi Phi. chi O. G Phi. KD

C Group (in no particular order)
AXO. ADPI. AGD. Tri Delt (now closed I think)

Agree!!!
Unlike other schools there really aren't any "BAD" sororities at ucla (now that tri delt is gone). Almost all of the remaining houses make quota in terms of pledge class size and the few that don't only miss it by single digit numbers. (1-9) which they make up for with winter/spring cob or informal recruitment.
Also all the chapters have beautiful houses on sorority row. And each one has a great sisterhood (maybe not pi Phi alledgedly) and alumni connections.
So keep an open mind during recruitment and give every house a real chance.
