I know that this sounds counterintuitive, but the more down-votes a post that does frat rankings has, the more accurate it is likely to be because the Lambda spammer is just closing incognito and hopping back on and self=promoting. If the post mentions Lambda as being undisputed top house (and there are a lot), don't fall for it... you could tell it's the same person based on their limited vocabulary and sentence structure. No, ZBT is not falling. No, Phi Pi is not ghetto. The rankings are generally accurate, visit a few, and see for yourself. Just make sure you check out the rankings without Lambda being #1.
If you're gonna rush, make sure you register before the actual rush days because the rules are changing this year and they aren't allowing walk ins anymore. If you're undecided, register online anyways so you could join if you would like.

while lambda is by no means the "undisputed top house", they are a house on the rise for sure. Also, I would argue ZBT is definitely falling with their seniors who just graduated (they were the dopest guys in the house by far) and their moving to a smaller, more distant location of a house. Phi Psi also may not actually be ghetto but they sort of do look like that.......

What's happening is all the fraternities Lambda Chi leapfrogged in rank are now desperate and try to say there is a spammer hyping Lambda Chi up. Since I joined the top sorority last year I have been to all the fraternities. Knowing many Lambda Chi I can honestly say they are too busy with school or dates ( when your brothers are all the hottest guys on campus they are busy socializing). I am willing to bet 99.99% don't know Greek Rank exists. When you belong to the social epicenter of UCLA there are better things for them to do than see the haters and self rankers from, SAE,SX,SIG EP,ZBT,SN.

no one cares that you own an $11 million house when your house is full of geeds and goobers phi psi..... zbt and lambda are still substantially better than phi psi

It's funny... the term "geeds" and "goobers" is used quite often. It's as though all the hate is written by one person who doesn't have varying vocabulary. What a coincidence!

Lambda is nowhere near top house but is making some moves.
ZBT's last fall pledge class put a harsh dent in their standing but they're still a pretty good house.
Phi Psi is the opposite of ghetto, they're the bougiest/richest frat on the row, especially from what I hear about their parties.
