sophomore rushing a sorority

Is it normal for sophomores to rush or is it a waste of time ? I heard freshman are given priority over sophomores

Definitely NOT a waste of time. May even be an advantage as you've had your freshman year to meet some of the girls from different houses outside of the rush process.

If you have met girls in good houses that you really get along with during your freshmen year then go for it

If not you're wasting your time. Most houses (the good ones) will always take a freshman over anyone older because they will be in the house longer
