Yep, none of their members can afford their dues so they're nearly bankrupt, on top of their house being condemned by the county for being so disgusting and unsafe.

i dont think so, i heard they are "taking" aepi's house. since ZBT rents it out to them, they are just gonna kick them out and make it into their zbt house. from what i heard
