frat ranked by sorority!

These rankings are based on girls who are in a sorority! We use the frats involvement with sorority events and what the girls think of them.
SAE, Sig Ep - The reason they are on the top is because we like to do a lot events with them as they have a lot of good looking guys. What I know is that Sig Ep's involvement is going down as they hold onto their reputations from the older guys who are now leaving. They have a lot to fill.
Lambda, Beta - These guys are fun to be around and good number of them are pretty darn good looking! Lambda's been doing pretty well recently and we look forward to fall with what they have to offer! Some might not agree with Beta, but they seriously have been rising! We see Beta as a house that has more diversity than Lambda.
ZBT, Sig Chi - These houses USED to be great! I mean I'm not saying they are not, but they have been lacking behind the other guys. A lot of the recent pledge classes were not so great and only thing that kept them going was reputation that they had long time ago.
Sig Nu, Sig Pi - Sig Nu has great handful amount of guys who we like and their involvement have been increasing! They had this "bad" reputation, but it was long time ago and we moved on from that. Sig Pi because they recently have been getting involved a lot with sorority events, but only have few good/buff looking guys.
Theta Xi, Phi Psi - Good looking house vs a house with a pool! These guys have so much potential and will def rise in a year!

There has been a fundamental shift with the last couple of fraternity PC. I know the older girls in the house still consider SAE, SX, SIG EP to be top houses but we year 1 and 2 girls much prefer the guys at Lambda Chi they are fun and hot. I think we have already stern a change in ranks of these houses and as the older guys leave and if the houses that have been getting the top PC like Lambda Chi keep getting #1 PC will further pull away from the pack.

Agree my sorority loves Lambda Chi, being a member of the #1 sorority we mix with ALL the top fraternities and Lambda Chi has the hotest most fun guys, they should be held as the epitome of what every fraternity should be like.

Agree we year 1&2 prefer Lambda Chi over every other fraternity, Lambda Chi had by far the hottest PC for two straight years.

Love when the poster thanks themselves. And like we believe a sorority chick is behind this & not SAE. Especially when they put sig chi & zbt below lambda. Nice try....I guess?

Agree Lambda Chi is now the #1 fraternity and uses SAE,SX,ZBT,SIG EP as their door mat.
