2017 fraternity and sorority rankings

Here are the honest rankings seen by actual Greek life members. Not just some randoms on the internet. Overall those looking to join greek life should find a house they fit well in.
Fraternities:
1. Top Tier (hardest to get into, lots of history on campus, events with top sororities):
SAE, Sigma Chi, ZBT, Sig Ep
2. Upper Middle (still selective, been around a while, events with upper mid and mid sororities with occasional events with top houses):
Beta, Lambda, Phi Psi, Sig Nu
3. Middle (easier to get a bid, less campus presence, events with mid to lower sororities with occasional upper mid events):
AEPi, PiKapp (rebuilding after reduced pledge classes last year cause they almost merged with another house), Theta Xi, Sig Pi
4 Lower Mod (even easier to get a bid, events with lower sororities):
DTD, Theta Chi
5. Bottom (instant bids, events with bottom or non pan hel houses):
TDX, Phi Delt, Triangle, Kappa Sigma, DSP
Sororities: Tier description same as fraternities
1. Top Tier:
KKG, Theta, APhi
2. Upper Mid:
DG, Chi O, Pi Phi, G Phi
3. Mid:
ADPi, KD
4. Lower Mid:
AXO
5. Bottom:
AGD, Phi Sigma Rho (affiliate), Alpha Delta Chi (affiliate)
Note that tri delt was shut down but was formerly in this Tier.

You can not not keep burying your head in the sand Lambda Chi has by far run away as the top fraternity at UCLA. They have had the #1 PC for two straight years. Not only is Lambda Chi Alpha the CONSENSUS #1 fraternity but frankly there is no one even close. Lambda Chi should be the ONLY fraternity considered top tier

If you're basing this on the older reputations of the houses this is right. But from the past few PC's Theta is dropping, DG is a solid top house, and PiPhi is dropping. This is not just my personal opinion this just reflects on the events each sorority has had and the perceptions everyone has had on their newest PC's.

This must be a joke?. Everyone knows Sig Ep is Bottom of the middle tier and SAE and SX have been slipping and I see them falling into the middle tier after the fall PC. Lambda Chi is the CONSENSUS #1 fraternity and has been for 2 years. Lambda Chi has widened the gap so much they really should be considered theONLY top tier fraternity at UCLA.
