getting into kappa

I'm an incoming freshman to UCLA, and I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to get into one of the top sorority houses on campus, such as Kappa, which is my favorite right now; although I'm open to options. Mostly just wondering how I can be the best version of myself.

Are they really? This wasn't meant to come off as what you interpreted it as, sorry... I really am wondering, what it is that sororities look at for new pledges?
