sororities with appearances?

I'm technically a pretty girl, and have always been able to get a boyfriend - but I'm not really a convention beauty (blonde haired, blue eyes, tall) I'm fairly short, I have red hair, and a few freckles with relatively pale skin. It's been my goal to be a Kappa; i guess I'm just worried if my looks will cause them to drop me? Should I not get my expectations up just because I'm not blonde? This might be stupid, but please help :(

dont get your hopes up for any house just go through rush and trust the process you'll end up where you belong
