LOL!, Is this a joke?, ZBT NEVER was #1 and with their recent PC has been trending downward. However Lambda Chi has for 2 years in a row had the #1 PC. Switch ZBT and Lambda Chi and it will be pretty acurite.

They have a raid with pi phi and an event with APhi in the fall so idk what you're talking about. Also AGD is bottom tier and they didn't do any events with them last year. If you believe AGD is a good house you prob don't go to UCLA.
