I heard sororities have to fill an upperclassmen quota. Does this count sophomore pnm's or just junior senior transfers

I emailed the president of Panhellenic with a couple questions and she said that it isn't a disadvantage to rush as a second year because there are spots reserved for upperclassmen in each house's pledge class.

Technically yes BUT they do not have to fill those spots if they choose not to. Itsup to the individual chapter. Usually only low tier houses who need numbers will fill those upperclassmen spots

Top tier houses to have an upperclassmen quota so anyone who said otherwise is incorrect or is in a lower tier sorority who just doesn't know at all what their talking about. I was a junior transfer in a top house and their is a quota that includes juniors and sophomores! Seniors are rarely, rarely taken tho but I guess that somewhat possible too
