What are the top fraternities and sororities at ucla?

The top 5 frats are SAE, Sig Ep, Sig Chi, ZBT and Lambda

I would say SAE, Sig Ep and Sig Chi are the top tier frats, while Lambda and ZBT are lower top

The top 5 sororitys are KKG, Theta, Aphi, DG, and Chi O

The first four are all top, and Chi o is a solid upper mid tier house

Besides the ones listed above: Sig Nu, Beta, Pi Phi and G Phi are also solid/relevant houses

Lambda Chi is considered the CONSENSUS #1 fraternity at UCLA the only place you might see otherwise are on GR because all the lower tier houses try to bash them because of their jelousy.
