Not going to lie this ranking is pretty accurate. Lambda definitely became a top house this year with both their pledge classes but still need a little more to be like the top 3.

Lambda Chi became not just top tier last year but the TOP house. As a member of the consensus #1 sorority, all year 1 and 2 think members say Lambda Chi is #1

#3 ZBT

i feel theta xi/theta chi should be in a lower mid category and then put sammy, delta sig, triangle, dsp, etc. in bottom

SAE, SIG EP, SIGMA CHI and ZBT need to be placed behind #1 Lambda Chi. Everyone knows Lambda Chi moved into the #1 position last year and the fraternities they jump frogged need to accept the new reality.

Yeah, this is accurate for the most part. I think Lambda can be considered top but they still need a little more to reach SAE, Sig EP and ZBT.

Also, Theta Xi is middle tier and Phi Psi deserves to be placed just below Sig Nu and Beta.
