#1 lambda chi widens gap with #2 zbt

Lambda Chi Alpha the consensus #1 fraternity at UCLA has widened the gap between itself and #2 ZBT. ZBT with some questionable PC has slipped further down from Lambda Chi. Lambda Chi just getting better and better. What can ZBT do to compete other than tighten their standards for new rushees?

ZBT has always been over rated. I don't have fun at their parties, guys are weird and socially inept. Much prefer Lambda Chi

I got bids from ZBT, SX,SAE,Sig Ep it was an easy choice picking Lambda CHi even #1 fraternity at UCLA
