I know there is no winter rush this year, but I was wondering what Continuing Open Biding is and how to get involved. Does anyone have information on this? Like does it start at a certain time or is it just whenever?

Not all houses COB but, usually if you have friends in a house you’re interested in joining, you can ask them come winter and they’ll let you know about the whole process, how/when to sign up, etc.
