Top- Kappa, Aphi, Theta (a lot of consensus that theta is falling bc of new pcs) & DG (dg has never been a solid top house but it's better than the other upper mids)
Upper Mid: chi o, gphi, pi phi (pi phi has a horrible retention rate, lots of self rating and weak pcs all along)
Mid: KD, ADPi
Bottom: AXO, AGD, TriDelt
I would like to say that lambda has done a billion self-ranking posts so dont listen to them. They even admit to "accepting bids" over sig chi and etc. KD has also known to self rank a lot on this website.
These are the most accurate ranking. unbias. youll see on greek rank. if this gets downvotes it's bc the truth spoken about the self ranking houses are down voting

Totally agree with mmmkaj. The top four at UCLA are KKG,DG,Theta, and Alpha Phi. There is NO ORDER to this-don't read into the order I listed them!
I went through rush this year as a freshman. These are the top four houses that pretty much everyone wanted. But it totally depends on the conversations you have, the girls you meet, the overall "vibe" of the house. When it comes down to it, you pick a house based on a gut feeling. Yes, you hope to be in one of these top four, but you pref the house that you have the best feeling about. I saw a girl crying on bid day because she got Kappa but wanted Theta. It's a personal preference after an intense rush experience. You can probably be happy in any of these houses, but sometimes you just meet the right girls and have a preference based on that. Ranking among the top four is useless.
