NOT sure if they spiraled downhill or ZBT and Lambda Chi rocketed and surpassed them

A couple of bad PC year after year will do that to you. Lambda Chi and ZBT PC got better and better and SAE,SX, and Sig Ep got worse and worse especially Sig Ep that last PC I mean wtf

WEll Lambda Chi and ZBT have been getting the first pick of rushees the past two years and SAE, SX and SIG EP had to fight over the rejects.

Substance-Free Housing
Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.

They got complacent, while Lambda Chi Alpha and ZBT were rising and getting more exclusive, bidding only the highest quality guys which made them leap frog SAE,SX and SIG EP
