Kappa is better than Alpha Phi
their pledge class is soo much hotter its unreal

the best is Kappa and Alpha Phi
Kappa only likes ZBT and SAE
and Alpha Phi only likes sig ep tho

KKG, then aphi are the only two houses that are insanely hot.
dg, theta, nice girls but honestly based on looks theyre mid tier. Just had an exchange with DG they were alright,

Top Tier-

Alpha Phi- pretty, goofy, do things with top frats, not as strong sisterhood.

Kappa- beautiful but rude, not good sisterhood. do things with top frats

Theta- some very pretty girls some not as pretty, but nice and chill, very real. do things with top frats.

ADPi-- some very pretty girls some not as pretty (hot pledge class though) genuine, nice, fun girls. best sisterhood and nicest looking house by far. do things with top frats.

DG- some very pretty girls, some not as pretty. overall very fun. do things with top frats.

Gamma Phi- some pretty some not as pretty. chill, real, fun girls. do things with top frats occasionally.

Middle Tier-

Chi O- chill, the "bro" sorority. They're just really cool!

Pi Phi- party too hard reputation.

Lower Tier-
KD- nice girls! Just don't do things with top frats really.

A Chi O- if you just want to be in a sorority but don't care which one.

Tri Delt-- If you can't get into a sorority, Try Delta.

kappa's pledge class is waaaay better than a phi's, but a phi is still top for now.

kappa-- used to be tied with aphi but with this years pledge class theyre the clear top house

aphi-- still a good house

theta/ dg-- falling, in between top and middle

chi o/ g pgi/ pi phi-- solid middle houses

Kappa and Alpha Phi were 100% tied last year basically it was just personal preference that differentiated the two
this year however with Kappas insanely hot pledge class Kappa is in the clear for top house

1. Kappa- beautiful, elegant, classy only hang out with/ are close with ZBT and SAE however
2. Alpha Phi- hot overall, not so great of a pledge class, only hang out with sig ep and some with sig chi
3. DG- either super hot girls or average, purely ZBT obsessed however
4. Theta- seniors and juniors are very hot but the sophomores and freshmen are just okay. float around all the top houses
