Any guy will tell you in the Greek system:
Top (parties with top houses/well respected):
Alpha Phi, Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi, DG, Chi O
Bottom (kinda meh, events with lower houses):
Gamma Phi, KD, AD Pi, AXO, and Tri Delt
If you want proof just look at fb pics and social calendars.

Lets be honest. Coming from a dude, the two top houses are alpha phi and kappa
They're both insanely hot but zbt and sae prefer kappas cuz they're homegirls, and sigep likes aphi.
The order goes
Kappa kappa gamma
Alpha phi
Delta gamma
Theta
Pi phi
Chi o
The rest don't matter

I get it some people choose Chi O over Pi Phi
I personally prefer pi phi because i see them out more and they rage
