We're gonna post by tier and not numerical order because that would be too subjective and pointless.

Frats:
Top: Sae, SigEp, Sigchi
Mid: Zbt, Lambda, Beta, Signu
Lower: Phi Psi, Aepi
Bottom: Everyone else

Sororities:
Top: Kappa,Theta, Aphi, DG
Mid: Chi o, G phi, Pi phi
Lower Mid: KD, Adpi
Bottom: Axo, Agd, Ttri delt

Ummm, things certainly have changed since the late 80's. Out of a total of 16 sororities, the top 5 sororities were: Kappa Kappa Gamma, Kappa Alpha Theta, Delta Gamma, Delta Delta Delta, and Pi Beta Phi. Those were the houses everyone was scrambling for. A lot has changed....

This is a very accurate ranking. I'd say top house between kappa/theta/aphi/DG is just personal preference. Ranking in tiers rather than numericals is how it should be!
