How come SAE never really has parties in their house when it seems like all the other big frats are?

I stop going there with my girlfriends because of all the raping happening lately. that's why i know they aren't top house anymore and no girls show up there

We used to go to SAE. But they are a bore most everyone recognizes Lambda Chi Alpha has become the top fraternity and girls go there to party.
