how do i get a bid into zbt or lambda

it looks like zbt and lambda are top houses here. what can i do to secure a bid from one of these houses in the winter and what are these houses actually like?

Lambda Chi and ZBT have become the two top fraternities at UCLA so there will be a lot of competition. If you don't have a outgoing personality, overweight, not very attractive, socially awkward you may have to settle for a bottom tier house like Sigma Nu

LXA and ZBT are the two top ranked fraternities at UCLA and also the most competitive. If your not "hot" have a great personality you might have to settle for a lower tier fraternity

Well you want to get a bid to the two most exclusive fraternities at UCLA?. Just bring your A game and hope you get a bid. If you get passed up you can rush SAE SX as a consilation prize only thing those two have been on a long downward spiral so you have no idea how far they drop.
