As a member of the consensus #1 sorority there is no question that Lambda Chi Alpha is the new #1. Two years ago you could not have said they were #1 they were top tier but not the top. After 2 #1 PC and throwing the best parties and the downward spiral of SAE, SX and especially Sig Ep Lambda Chi can proudly claim their #1 status at the top of the pyramid

A lot of the better houses got decently large and high quality pledge classes the lower houses really bad to work hard to recruit the left over rushees

Theta Xi consistently has the biggest and highest quality pledge classes. Plus their pool makes them a top house with great sorority relations
