SigEp - A lot of people associate the word “tradition” in fraternities with parties, hazing and Animal house… If we are going to talk tradition, let’s go all the way back to our founding. These tenets started with 12 men at Richmond college in 1901. Thus, the BMP is the true traditional fraternity experience.

Sig Ep is the "Loser house" where geeds that can not get a bid anywhere else join. At USC they are now defunct because even trying to scrape the bottom of the barrel they could not find enough geeds.

Lambda Chi has the best combo of good looking and seriously fun guys who throw the best parties. LXA is #1 at UCLA for that reason.

Phi psi is and sigma pi are not known for their ranking at ucla. the main reason why people rush their frat is becouse they felt some kind of connection with the brothers inside. since they are not a higher rank house means their parties dont get a lot of attention.

Substance-Free Housing
Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.

Theta xi and dtd are that relevant but still have events phi psi is better than theta xi and dtd but all of the above are pretty low rank

what the one above me said, i been to their parties a couple times before and its not really fun. there are some sweet guys in the frat but not to many people show up to the parties making it not really fun. they also dont really party that hard

Lambda Chi Alpha is not only considered the top #1 house at UCLA but they are also #1 at USC. Lambda Chi Alpha is your ONLY ticket to social relavancy to both USC and UCLA and the greater Los Angeles area.

They are literally brand new. Phi Psi came back in 2015 but were only gone for a few years and as a former top house seems to have bounced back well. Delta sigma seems to be the opposite. I think they have a decently sized founders class but almost no one has heard of them. But don't go by stereotypes def check them out and the other houses at winter rush if that's what you're doing.

Phi Psi coming back in 2015, is not the path Delta Sig is going to follow. They came back with a bang, big pledge classes and brand new house and they're still considered mediocre.

Definitely phi psi over delta sig. phi psi has a sick house and more events but phi psi overall isn't that sick

phi psi is an ok choice but i know someone told me theyre not as up and coming as they made themselves out to be and half the guys are weirdos that didn't show up to rush. obviously take that with a grain of salt though. stay away from snitch nu though. beta might be a solid choice i don't know too much about them but theyre upper mid and aren't snitches.

Unless your blond, tall white your chances are slim at Lambda Chi. Lambda Chi is every sororities dream house because they are by far the best looking guys at UCLA. They do have some "token" minorities but think Beverley Hills 90210 with a mix a hot surfers types from Laguna Beach. Very very VERY VERY VERY exclusive if you know what I mean.

their parties suck and house is far af from everything. Sig EP is known for being filled with rugby players, they are also known as the stoner house
