by: TruthbombI find it funny how KAPPA says they're all about their literacy philanthropy helping young girls achieve high reading levels. They post pics of this on their pages with these inner city minority girls but once these girls reach college age they won't even take a second look at them to ask them to join their sorority. They deny them and turn them down with such disdain. Fake hypocrites

Don't be sorry dude. Obviously I did want a bid before rushing but now that I know they don't want me or my kind of people I would be a fool to continue to care for a bid from them.
That doesn't mean I shouldn't write about my experience, I doubt they care or will change but at least in the future girls like me won't go in there naively expecting a fair process. They can read this and know what they're facing. The burn will sting a little less with all this information.

Just chill everyone this isn't news This is how it always is. Did you know tri delt was a top house around 15 years ago then they started letting in too many minority girls and it ruined the infrastructure of their organization and well we all know where they stand now, barely.

These stories although sad are true. Read Vida vendela'a chapter about when she infiltrated sorority rush as a journalist at UCLA. The book is Girls on the verge. The sorority thing is only one chapter but she went through all this so I know these girls sharing their stories here are speaking similar truths.

Any black or Hispanic girls that they do have (which I can probably count on one hand) have to be super pretty, rich, and basically the top of their race.
Sucks because a bunch of basic cheap white girls can get into these top houses but for a minority to do so, they better be the best representation of their race that fits with conventional white standards
