meeting girls

Ok, so I need help with this. Been getting tired of random hookups and meeting girls mostly at parties or other drunk settings. I don't care about getting with random girls anymore and want to find a GF, but don't want to meet them at some drunk event and also would prefer to have a girl whose more conservative and doesn't even go to frat parties much. So where do I meet them?? I've previously met chick like this and dated them but they were outside of school and usually much older than me.. like 25+. So what about UCLA girls? Any advise?
