which of the top houses have the smartest girls?

Apparently Theta used to have the highest GPA on the row. I get the impression they are the best bet among the top houses (dg, alpha phi, kappa) as far as sisterhood, academics, and reputation are concerned. I also think Theta and Alpha Phi are neck in neck for best looking sisters. We'll see how preference goes.

It definitely depends on which girls you talk to in each chapter. Some obviously come off very bright and genuine, while others seem painfully ditzy. I would say neither Kappa nor Aphi strike me as overtly academic chapters, but between the two, definitely Kappa. If you were to consider all four of the top chapters, Theta and DG have both of them beat.
