how do you get into kkg?

If you are rushing just so you can get into one particular sorority, probably basing your knowledge solely off photos and this website, you shouldn't even rush at all. And in any case, it's not what the overall house looks for, it's the particular girls you talk to, who could be really judgmental or really accepting/friendly, you never know

If you have to ask you probably won't get into any of the top ones....

Sometimes like aphi they don't choose to take quota.

Do not rush for only 1 house.

hope you've realized by now you're rushing for the wrong reasons. just keep them in mind while you rush a bunch of houses and you'll find the best fit for you. no one's gonna want you with that lame ass mindset though.

first and foremost, be yourself. there is no point... and I mean no point at all... to try to alter yourself just to "get in" a certain house. Greek life is all about sisterhood/brotherhood and creating lasting relationships, developing professionally, and having fun at the same time. If you go to KKG or any other sorority for that matter, if you be yourself and find several similarities between you and that sorority, then its the right fit for you. If not, then it wasn't meant to be. I can try to give you some things KKG looks for, but you have to understand the process is different for everyone. So here they are: Being really outgoing, being supportive, likes to have a great time with the other sisters, at least slightly into sports (school pride), physically active, excel academically. Now you might say this is true for every house, which is why it is important to be yourself and let the process work itself out.

It sure helps to know half the house before you even get to recruitment. If you're not already friends with these girls, or at least went to the same high school, from the same rich area, or belong to the same cheer team, it's going to be tough. Your chances of getting into an Ivy League college were probably better than getting into Kappa. . . .

There are lots of other great houses. Keep an open mind.

Lol everyone needs to cut the "you're rushing for the wrong reasons" bs...don't listen to these people, it's honestly fine if you're aiming for one house/a top house, as long as you aren't crushed if you don't get Kappa and only Kappa.

Realistically, to get Kappa you need to be everything you imagine when you picture a sorority girl - thin, preferably blonde, decently smart and interesting, friendly and outgoing, has school spirit, and goes hard at parties. They want someone who's gonna look perfect on their Instagram and Tumblr.

PS - At UCLA, Theta and APhi are pretty much on the same level as Kappa so see if you like those houses!
