Rational:

SAE: Through all their probation, SAE has managed to hold onto the top spot I don't see them going anywhere this year they get all the events they could ask for (rising)

ZBT: They did pick up a more ratchet vibe (the football team) but they still remain one of the most dominate houses with the most diverse group of guys and have wild parties

Sig Chi: Good year for the Sig's as they will probably will not leave the number #3 spot on the list this year as their parties are still fun and have good bro vibes

Sig Ep: The biggest drop of this year goes this house, Kanye Western set the tone for a dramatic decline of a house that was almost the top last year. I assume they dont get it together and drop further this year.

Sig Nu: Has come around a lot from when they were on probation years back. Had a good year this year with some notably large parties, I expect them to continue doing well and using their large house to throw all out parties.

Lambda: Many have polarizing views but Lambda has been doing well for itself over the past years. I think they are in the best place they can be right now, which is good for them as their parties have been decent this year
