transfer students rushing fraternities

I'm 20 going on 21 transferring as a junior this fall and planning on rushing. Is there some bias against transfer students during the rushing process? I noticed during bruin day during the greek life presentation transfer students in ifc fraternities were not represented on the panel at all. It was all sorority girls and then one dude in a lame ass coed fraternity lol
