Kappa has a lot of cool girls who like to have a good time and go out. Theta has cool girls too but they don't really go out as much. Both have pretty girls who are fun and nice so don't worry about that

Theta typically likes to recruit athletes

true, they have to take 100% legacies, and they only choose their girls based on their social media profiles (facebook, insta, etc)... the chapter doesnt even really get to vote on whether they get to keep a girl, only the girls in charge get to decide

kappa is overall not super attractive.. however there are some standout girls. they are known for being snobby and fake, but that isn't always true. thetas are overall a beautiful house with a lot of cute and beautiful girls. they are more sporty and down to earth. both are fun and hot houses and are in the top two according to rank.

is that Theta alums live on this site in a pathetic attempt to keep Theta in the top 4. Pi Phi and Chi O compete with Theta during rush and Theta is grasping to keep that #4 spot.

To whichever sorority is doing so poorly and so worried about rush that they need to lie about theta's position according to rank. Assuming you go to Ucla, you would know fully well that theta has ALWAYS been in the top 4, and has risen to be in the top 2/top 3 this year due to their most recent pledge class being better than a lot of other houses. Do yourself a favor and just accept the truth. I'm not even in theta but I think it's ridiculous when other houses are so desperate to do well during rush that they wrongfully put other houses down. You just look stupid and pathetic lets be clear. That is all

I can name a couple other houses desperately trying to keep that 4th spot in the top tier, but it definitely isn't theta who gets progressively hotter each year. Regardless of the lies people post on here to make themselves look better, truth will come out during rush when it's obvious to PNMs which sororities are a higher caliber of women

It is ok to be in the same level as ChiO and Pi Phi. ChiO and Pi Phi are really nice groups. At least at UCLA you are not struggling at the mid to bottom level as many of your other Theta chapters (too numerous to list).
