difference between theta chi & theta xi?

both seem like low mid houses with almost the same name. ive always confused them, just curious how they differ

Theta xi is basically a stereotypical low/mid tier frat, guys act like typical frat guys just are less frat than higher up houses and they let in more weird/creepy guys

Theta chi is basically a frat full of guys you would never expect to be in a frat. It should be renamed gamma delt

Basically one has a pool and the other one doesn't lol. Theta chi does have a bunch of weird guys but they somehow pulled in a really good looking pledge class this spring. They came by yesterday before chapter and did a cute little dance to introduce themselves
