It’s so refreshing! We laughed, we danced, and not a care in the world about anything unsavory (like, zero rat vibes, and their space is just clean and inviting 🐀🚫✨). And yeah, there was a tiny appearance by weed man W 🍃🙊 - but we're all adults here, right? Sending them all the love for being a bright spot in this wild college ride. 🎢🌟

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 1.9 They are the dregs of the block. They are filthy and their rat problem has effected our house next door. The maturity level is low so you cant just ask them to handle business. We offered to help them but the just made a bigger mess of themselves as an act of retaliation. Yup.

This house coasts on having a pool and projecting the image of being nice guys. But they’ll pull all the same dbag stuff other frats do, don’t waste your time here.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.9 This is the best fraternity I have ever witnessed. The boys are phenomenal! I stayed at the house over C-sesh and it was the best 6 weeks of my life. Theta Xi is the top house in my eyes🤩😢

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.4 I have a friend who lived in over c-sesh and she absolutely loved it. I came over all the time to visit, the house was nice and so were all the boys living in. Definitely coming back this fall!!! :)
