Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 2.0 They have a chill looking chapter house but other than that I haven't heard much about them. Met a bro from theta xi, pretty nice guy, not fratty at all though..

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 2.0 Haven't seen this house improve in the past two years, so hard to say that they're moving up. Definitely some good guys in Theta Xi, but currently bottom mid-tier and staying there.
