Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.4 Went to a party at their house last Thursday and it was super fun! The guys there really know how to show everyone a good time and were very welcoming and not creepy. They're really cute too!! The DJ was a brother in the house and he rocked!!! Definitely looking forward to another party there!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.4 Their house was rechartered in 2006 I believe and they are definitely on the rise. Heard that they had the largest pledge class this quarter and they truly have potential. House is really nice and so are the guys. They all seem like they have a strong brotherhood. All the parties I've been to there were really fun and unlike some of the "top" houses the guys here actually aren't creeps and there's some really cute ones!

Their house was rechartered in 2006 I believe and they are definitely on the rise. Heard that they had the largest pledge class this quarter and they truly have potential. House is really nice and so are the guys. They all seem like they have a strong brotherhood. All the parties I've been to there were really fun and unlike some of the "top" houses the guys here actually aren't creeps and there's some really cute ones!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Los Angeles - UCLA 4.8 Their house is without a doubt the sickest house. Really BIG. Great for parties. And they have a pool. What more could you want? All the brothers are really nice and the older guys are all really good looking. Definitely has the potential to be a "top" frat and they are well on their way to getting there. From what I've heard their quarterly is going to be INSANE!
